- Income Tax (PPh 21):
5% of your basic salary, based on a minimum salary of USD 1,000/month - BPJS Health Insurance:
- 4.2% paid by the employer
- 2% paid by the employee
(calculated from your monthly salary)
- BPJSTK (Employment Insurance):
This is mandatory for renewal of your Working KITAS
(covers work accident protection, retirement savings, and death insurance)

To sponsor a foreign worker under the E25 Working KITAS, the company must submit the following documents and information:

- Notary Act & Legalization – Color copy
- Tax Registration Number (NPWP) – Color copy
- Business License (Izin Usaha) from OSS – Color copy
- Company Registration Number (Nomor Induk Berusaha / NIB) from OSS – Color copy
- Manpower Compulsory Report (Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan) – Color copy
👤 Representative & Director Information
- Indonesian ID Card (e-KTP) of the company’s local representative – Color copy
- Director’s Passport – Color copy (only required if the applicant is not the director)
Organizational & Supporting Documents
- Organizational Chart – Color copy (if available)
- Company Letterhead & Company Stamp – Digital copy (if applicable)

👨👩👧 Bring Your Spouse and Children – Dependent KITAS
Once your Working KITAS is issued, your spouse and children under 18 years old can apply for a Dependent KITAS, valid for 1 year and renewable as long as your own KITAS remains valid.

KITAS Cancellation (EPO – Exit Permit Only)
If you plan to leave Indonesia permanently or not renew your KITAS, you must cancel it properly.
- Notify Visvasa Global Services at least 14 days before departure
- We will initiate the Exit Permit Only (EPO) process
- The original Work Permit (IMTA) and DKP-TKA Receipts must be returned to Immigration

Submit Documents

RPTKA (Expat Recruitment Plan
Visvasa Global Services processes the RPTKA at the Ministry of Manpower. Estimated Duration: 5-10 working days
IMTA (Working Permit Notification)
Visvasa Global Services processes the IMTA at the Ministry of Manpower. Once approved, Manpower will issue the work permit billing. Estimated Duration: 5-10 working days
Electronic Visa (eVisa)
Visvasa Global Services processes the eVisa at the Directorate General of Immigration. The eVisa is valid for 90 days. Before it expires, the expat must enter Indonesia. If you are applying for a dependent KITAS, this visa process will begin after the eVisa is issued and will have the same processing time. Estimated Duration: 10-14 working days
Arrival in Indonesia
Upon arrival, the expat will undergo biometric and fingerprint processing at the Immigration counter at the airport. Once the KITAS is issued, the holder will have the freedom to enter and leave Indonesia with a Multiple Exit and Re-entry Permit (MERP).
