What Is the C6 Social, Humanitarian & Volunteering Visa?
The C6 Visa is the updated version of the former B211A Social Visa, aligned with the latest visa index regulations in Indonesia.
This Single Entry Visa is designed for individuals participating in social programs, humanitarian efforts, volunteering, tourism, or visiting friends and family in Indonesia.
Duration of Stay
- Initial Stay: 60 days upon arrival in Indonesia.
- Extensions: Can be extended twice, each for 60 days, for a total stay of 180 days (6 months).
- Important: Once you leave Indonesia, the visa cannot be reused. You must apply for a new C6 Visa to re-enter.
Entry Deadline After E-Visa Issuance
- You must enter Indonesia within 90 days of the E-Visa issuance date.
- We recommend submitting your visa application at least 1 month before travel to ensure smooth processing.
Visa Extension Rules
- Maximum of 2 extensions, each granting an additional 60 days.
- After your second extension, you must exit Indonesia—no onshore visa conversion or extension is allowed.
- If you wish to stay again, a new offshore application must be submitted.
- Bring your passport 14 days before the visa expires to begin the extension process.
- 30-day extensions are no longer available.

🧾 Passport Scan (and cover)
✅ Must be valid for at least 9 months
✅ Must have 2 blank pages
✅ Ensure the image is clear, full, uncropped, and landscape
✅ If using a travel document (not a passport), include a re-entry permit
🧾 Recent Passport-Size Photo
✅ Must show half body, not just the head and chest
✅ No expressions, no blurs
🧾 Bank Statement
✅ Minimum balance of USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
✅ Last 3 months, must include your name, dates, and balance info
🧾 Proof of Registration
✅ A certificate or document showing participation in a volunteer, social, or short training program (from a recognized institution or agency)
📍 Accommodation Address in Indonesia
✅ Can be a villa or hotel
✅ We take care of all other documentation as your official visa sponsor.
