How Long Can You Stay in Indonesia?
The C12 Pre-Investment Visa allows you to stay in Indonesia for up to 180 days (6 months).
Single Entry Visa
- This visa is single entry, meaning once you leave Indonesia, the visa becomes invalid.
- Re-entry will require a new visa application.

Entry Window After Visa Issuance
Once your C12 Pre-Investment E-Visa is issued and sent to your email, you have a 90-day window from the issue date to enter Indonesia.

Extension Regulations
- The C12 Pre-Investment Visa is non-extendable.
- Your 180-day stay begins upon arrival in Indonesia.
- After the 180 days, you must leave Indonesia — onshore extensions or conversions are not permitted.
- You may reapply for a new C12 Visa only from outside Indonesia (offshore application).
Business Restrictions
While on this visa, you may not:
- Receive wages or payments for work
- Engage in the sale of goods or services

Required Documents for Application
To apply for the C12 Pre-Investment Visa, you must provide:
🧾 Scanned color copy of your passport (main page + cover)
✅ Must be valid for at least 9 months
✅ Must have at least 2 empty pages
✅ Ensure photo is clear, sharp, uncropped, landscape format
🧾 Recent passport-size photo
✅ Should include half-body (not just head/shoulders)
✅ Avoid blurry, expressive, or non-face photos
🧾 Bank statement (last 3 months)
✅ Minimum balance: USD 5,000 or equivalent
✅ Must include your full name, statement period, and account balance
Your address in Indonesia (villa or hotel is acceptable)
🧾 Letter or correspondence from a business-related government agency or private institution outlining the reason for your visit (e.g., invitation, business info)
🗂️ No other documents are required — we, as your official sponsor, will handle the rest.
