How Long Can You Stay in Indonesia with the C9 Short Course Visa?
- Total Stay Duration: Up to 180 days (6 months)
- Initial Stay: 60 days upon arrival
- Extensions: Extendable twice, each for an additional 60 days
⚠️ After 180 days, you must exit Indonesia. Onshore visa conversion or application is not permitted under this visa category.
Single Entry Visa Policy
The C9 Short Course Visa is a Single Entry visa.
If you leave Indonesia during the validity of this visa—even briefly—you will need to reapply for a new visa to return.
Entry Timeframe After Visa Issuance
Once you receive your E-Visa via email, you have a 90-day window to enter Indonesia/Bali, starting from the issue date shown on your visa.

Extension Regulations for the C9 Short Course Visa
🗓️ Initial Stay: 60 days upon arrival
🔄 Extensions: You can extend twice, each for 60 additional days
❌ Maximum Stay: 180 days (6 months) tota
✈️ Exit Requirement: After the 2nd extension, you must leave Indonesia. Onshore visa conversion is not allowed.
🌐 Offshore Reapplication Only: If you wish to return, you must apply for a new C9 visa from abroad
🛂 Bring your passport to our office 14 days before your current visa expires to initiate an extension process.

✅ No expressions, blurry or partial photos
🧾 Bank statement (last 3 months)
✅ Minimum balance: USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
✅ Must include your name, statement period, and balance

✅ Must be issued by a government agency or private institution
