The C2 Business Visa, formerly known as the B211A Business Visa, is designed to facilitate smooth and legal business engagements in Indonesia. Whether you’re attending meetings, exploring investment opportunities, or building partnerships, this visa supports your professional journey in the country—not for employment or earning income in Indonesia.
How Long Can You Stay in Indonesia with a C2 Business Visa?
The C2 Business Visa allows a total stay of up to 180 days (6 months) in Indonesia:
✅ Initial stay: 60 days upon arrival.
✅ Extension: Can be extended twice, with each extension granting an additional 60 days.
Single Entry Visa
This visa is Single Entry, which means:
✅ Once you leave Indonesia, the visa becomes invalid.
✅ To return, you must reapply for a new C2 Business Visa.

Entry Window After E-Visa Issuance
Once your E-Visa is issued, you have 90 days from the date listed on your E-Visa to enter Indonesia/Bali.
Tip: We strongly recommend submitting your application at least 1 month before your travel date to avoid any delays.
C2 Business Visa Extensions
The C2 Business Visa allows for:
✅ Two extensions, each valid for 60 days.
✅Total stay: 180 days (6 months)
⚠️ After the second extension, you must exit Indonesia. Onshore (in-country) visa applications are no longer permitted. To re-enter, you must apply for a new C2 Business Visa offshore.
When to Submit Your Passport for Extension
To extend your visa:
✅ Please submit your passport at least 14 days before your current visa expires.
✅ Extensions for 30 days are no longer available.
Permitted Activities on the C2 Business Visa
With the C2 Business Visa, you are allowed to:
✅ Attend business meetings or purchase goods.
✅ Negotiate or sign contracts.
✅ Engage in tourism and visit friends/family.
However, you are NOT allowed to:
❌ Sell goods or services.
❌ Receive any income or compensation while in Indonesia.
If your intention is to work, we can guide you on obtaining the appropriate Working KITAS or assist in setting up your own company in Indonesia.
Required Documents for Application
To begin your visa application, please prepare the following:
🧾 Passport Copy
✅ Scanned in color, including the cover.
✅ Minimum validity: 9 months
✅ At least 2 blank pages
✅ Must be clear, sharp, and in landscape orientation.
🧾 Passport-size Photo
✅ Recent, clear, half-body image.
✅ Avoid expressions, blurry or cropped photos.
🧾 Bank Statement
✅ Minimum final balance: USD 2,000 (or equivalent)
✅ Covers the last 3 months
✅ Must include: your full name, period covered, and balance details.
🧾 Supporting Letter
✅ From government agencies or private institutions showing your connection or purpose in Indonesia.
📍 Address in Indonesia
✅ Hotel or villa address is acceptable.
